With 30 years of experience in the carpet and tile cleaning industry, we know exactly what it takes to succeed. After years of frustration with existing machines and their limitations, we set out to design a better solution—a machine that addresses every challenge we’ve encountered over the years.

I began my journey in the cleaning industry at age 12, driven by a strong work ethic and a desire to make money. My father, who taught me the ins and outs of carpet and upholstery cleaning, inspired me to take on various roles in the industry, from tile and grout cleaning to air duct cleaning and flood restoration, including the use of infrared imaging which was new at that time.

I founded Steve Dial’s Carpet Cleaning in 1997 and became one of the first IICRC-certified firms in our area, ensuring our services met the strict standards required by carpet manufacturers to maintain warranties. To this day we remain one of the very few companies in the area that are IICRC-certified.  Now, my son, Devin, runs the carpet and tile cleaning business, allowing me to focus on the next chapter of my life.  I am proud to say Devin is a third generation Dial in the floor cleaning business.

I have invented a new, low-maintenance cleaning machine designed to reduce downtime and limit repair costs. This electric-powered machine features a view box where you can see all moving parts and quick disconnects for easy repairs, aiming to revolutionize the industry.

My next best invention is the Grout Grinder.  This is a tool that completely grinds out and removes the grout, leaving the tiles in place and unharmed.  Whether your grout is just stained, or has been color sealed and is peeling, this is the solution to the problem.
